Chameleon Artworks is located in Moses Lake, Washington, 190 miles east of Seattle and 120 miles west of Spokane. Our studio produces a colorful line of beautiful hot glass products, glass art, and traditional stained glass. Our artworks can be found throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizonia, Montana, Wisconsin, Canada, and Japan. We have created hundreds of stained glass panels used in windows, cabinet doors, door transoms and side lights, mirrors, lighting, sun catchers, accessory items and 3-D sculptures. We also specialize in sand carved and etched windows and mirrors. For extra fine detail, we use kiln fired glass enamels. We sand carve wedding toasting glasses, memorial glasses & vases, glass trophies, pet and people photos on your glass products or choose from our selection of optical glassware. We can also sand carve metal, wood, stone, and plastic. While we use glass imported from Germany and France, we favor using glasses created in the USA, such as the hand rolled varieties produced by Uroboros and Bullseye (Portland, Oregon), and the machine produced panels of Spectrum Glass (Redmond, Washington). Our special favorite is the hand-blown glass made by Fremont Glass (Seattle, Washington), and the dichoric glass of "Coatings by Sandberg" (Orange, California). Other glasses we use are: Youghiogheny, Oceana, Desag GNA, Duncan Glue Chip, Pilkington Architecturual glass, Velga, Wissmach, Kokomo, Glaverbel, and Wasser. For shipping we use UPS, but will use any carrier you specify, including the USPS. Most items are boxed and then packed in stout cartons. Large items and original artwork requires wood crating, at an additonal charge. You pay only for the actual shipping charges and insurance (wood crating charges are additional). |
